How to Obtain a spot on the scrim team/practice squad

If you are not on the real or practice scrim team, you may still have a shot at being on them. However you must first get on the Practice scrim team.

To obtain a spot on Practice Scrim Team

You must challenge a player on the Practice Scrim team. From there you and the practice scrim team player will participate in an In clan Scrim or a Fun scrim of no less than 4v4. (Whichever is available to do at the time ... obviously if we only have 5 members on we can not inclan.) The challenger and the challengee will be on the same team along with the two highest ranking Real scrim Players. After the scrim the Two real scrim players will meet with the challenger and the challengee to inform them who they feel should be on the practice scrim team. This will not just be about who scored better but also who followed directions, who could stay alive to help the team instead of dieing quickly and who had balanced attributes instead of just being good at one thing.

To obtain a spot on the Real Scrim Team

Every week and a half to two weeks there will be a vote in the real scrim team section listing all players names below the rank of 2. Also listed will be an option for none. The real scrim team will vote if they wish to remove a player from the real scrim team. Reasons for this could be inactivity, leaving a scrim in the middle, not following directions, or simply because they feel a different player could be a better addition. If a player recieves 5 votes against them then that player will be removed from the scrim team.

To fill this spot on the scrim team, the 4 Practice team players and the 1 player removed from scrim team will be put on a list and voted upon by the remaining scrim team members. The player recieiving the most votes will then be put on scrim team as a # 5 rank. If a player is voted off that has higher than the #5 rank then the generals will decide which players will move up to fill the voids at the spots.

***Just remember that any decisions made are not made on a person to person basis...so all decisions will be based upon who we think will attribute to the scrim team the best, not if someone is liked or not liked.

HOW TO OBTAIN A SPOT ON PRACTICE SQUAD

Every OTHER Sunday we are going to have an inclan, and the top four scoring people will obtain the four spots for practice squad (for the next two weeks). Now, I am going to post a schedule when these will take place. If you can't make the first one, the next one will happen in two weeks.

Here is the schedule:

Jan. 27th ~ 4 pm Eastern/3 pm Central

Feb. 10th ~ 8:30 Eastern/7:30 Central

Feb. 24th ~ 11 Eastern/10 Central

Mar. 9th ~ 4 pm Eastern/3 Central

Mar. 23rd ~ 8:30 Eastern/7:30 Central
