Also, if you have photoshop, here is a video that teaches you how to make it.

It involves ImageReady which is a program it comes in. Search your computer for it. If you cant find it, open up photoshop and do the following button combo: Shift+Ctrl+M or follow this picture:
So yea. This is the simple way but if you want more complex gif's, then idk how to do those.
ALSO, if any1 wants to know how to take a clip of a movie and make it a gif, i know a simple way for that also. so xfire me if u wana know how =]
