Dude| Where's my Kar?

ok... so this is the situation i have come to understand...

The Facts-
A player with the name Dude where is my Kar, was in elite server and hacking... he was blatant and their is the demo of him hacking. his guid was not the one that traitor uses on a regular basis, the guid is actually not linked to any commonly known player. This player was then banned by an admin. A player then connected with the same or a similar name, and was banned once entering the server... the guid of this player was Traitors. (ips are not known as of this point)... the demo however is not of a player with the guid traitor uses.

What this could mean?

Because this player reconnected so fast, and with a different guid their can only be 4 scenarios that happened. This is true because in order to have a different guid, you have to either reinstal COD with different cd keys, or have two different versions of COD with different cd keys. And in either case it is very unlikely the name would be the same in the different versions. (notice your name in 1.3 and 1.5 dont carry over)

So here are the 4 diff ways this could happen

1.)If it was traitor, in order to reconnect soo fast he would of had to have 2 different COD folders. One for him to hack on and the other for his regular playing. However if this was true when he connected to the server the second time. His name would of been Custom | Boobie Miles or whatever he had last used because just like a 1.3 and a 1.5 folder, your name changes depending on which folder you open COD from because they have different config files. The only way it would of been Dude Where is my Kar is if he was using that name in both folders he had, the one to hack and the one to play fairly. However consider how careful a person would be if they had two diff guids to hide thier hacking. I highly doubt someone that put forth this much effort to hide his hacking would keep his name as the same thing in both his hacking and non hacking version. This possibility is not ruled out, but very unlikely.

2.) If traitor was to have two different CD keys. And he was kicked, without leaving game and without changing his config file. He could go into multiplayer options (while in game) and change his cd key from there. This would mean he could change his guid bc every cd key has a different guid. However i attempted this today using apollos cd keys to see if it would change my guid. And when i connected to my server my guid was still the same as it has always been. So enless someone knows something i dont know about this. then this possibility is ruled out.

3.) Traitor decided on a very rare and weird coincedence to change his name for the day to Dude wheres my kar. and with a very weird turn of events he connected to the server 5 seconds after a player with the same name and hacking was banned. (basically ruled out bc of how weird this is)

4.) This is what i learned from talking to traitor and although this is also a very weird situation, it is the only likely scenario. The player in elite was hacking and banned. And just like when a player gets kicked, the next player connecting has their name while connecting because it is a name glitch. I can show u this in a server if u dont believe me. Traitor was unfortunate to be the person connecting right after the player was kicked. He then connected to the server, the admin saw his name as the same the hackers name was while connecting, and once traitor connected and his name changed he got kicked. (also very weird circumstances, but this does seem most likely) which this means it wasnt traitor who was hacking and it was just an unlikely turn of events which could of happened to anyone.

However i would like to get wright to check ftp files or send me the entire file so i can check it myself... bc that would clear everything up.

Like i said before, these are the only 4 possibilities... there are no more bc it is not easy to change your guid and keep your name the same in both versions. If i did not explain that clearly enough feel free to xfire me and i will explain it better.

Young, I first want to say, you don't owe any of us an explanation. No matter what you decide to do, you're still my fav e-guy <3. I know these situations are rough.

It is your clan and you must make the decision that is best for you with the information that you have. I know that you try to find out the "whole" situation befor making a decision, and that is one of the things I really do admire about you.

No matter the decision you make, on this situation, Traitor is and will remain banned from our servers/vent. He knows why and you know why and that's all that really matters. I do hope that you are able to resolve this situation.

I know that Traitor has made quite a few enemies during is duration of cod playing (me being one of em ...lol) and im sure there are at least a handful of people of those people would just love to tag him as a hacker..... However, I am with you Young about being on the fence because of all the fishy circumstances surrounding this situation. But I have to say I agree with Drizzt, the only reason being, is because Traitor has proven to be a sneaky, lying person time and time again.
